Springtime means gardening, so here’s a Spring Gross Motor Activity that includes children pretending to be a gardener! It’s a Gross Motor Movement Poem!
10 gross motor movements are imitated including:
-Jumping jacks
-Bear Walk
-Cross crawls
-Large arm movements
and MORE!
Besides gross motor skills, children work on following directions, body parts, prepositions, and imitation skills.
