Are you looking for ways for your child to learn the letters of their name? Try this shark-themed name practice worksheet for a fun preschool activity.
One of the first words kids learn to recognize, write, and spell is their own name.
They take pride in learning their name and enjoy practicing the letters.
You might find their name scribbled in places that you don’t expect (like the wall or desk)! One of my kids loved to write her name on literally everything.
If your little one is learning to write their name, they will love this fun shark activity. The page is very easy to set up and you can create a unique activity for each child.
First, gather dot markers and print the copies you need to get started.
Next, write one letter of your child’s name inside each shark. Fill in all of the sharks.
Lastly, create a color key matching the markers that you have.
Your child will use the key to identify and mark the “shark” with the correct color marker. If you wish, laminate your page and use dry erase markers to create your key.
