Play Mats for Quiet Time

Sometimes we need activities that our little ones can do on their own. Refresh your activity bin with these play mats for quiet time.

Things happen that create a need for children to spend time in quiet play.

We might get sick and need a quiet day or two for recovering. Older children might need extra help, and that means little ones will need things to do.

With plenty of activities on hand, quiet time can help us relax and get caught up. Quiet time can also provide a few much-needed moments of prayer during a rough day.

This printable set includes ten unique mats that can be used alone or together on the floor. Each page is colorful and includes lots of detail.

To use your mats, print them out and laminate them for durability.

Gather manipulatives to match the scenes your child would like to use. Animals, tiny doll figures, cars, and other tiny objects will be perfect for these scenes.

Create your own figures if you don’t have any miniatures in your toy bins. Make them out of card stock, old greeting cards, or printable templates.
