I remember when my daughter was about 4 years old, she jumped right into a pool at a family barbeque – she didn’t know how to swim.
Thank God, my husband saw her jump in, but that surely was one of the scariest moments for us as parents.
My kids LOVE the water, and that is wonderful but you have to put awareness in place in order to minimize risk around all water.
