Were you a child of the ’80s? Your students can learn about the ’80s with this free kids’ 1980s flipbook.
Atari, Cabbage Patch Kids, Walkmans… if you were born after 1979, you know what these are!
Things sure have changed since the 1980s. We do almost everything differently now than we did back then.
We don’t have to visit the grocery store anymore. We can order them on an app and someone brings them right to our home.
Playing two-person video games doesn’t require two controllers in the same console. Thanks to the internet, we can play with friends and family around the world.
And there was NO Google!
It’s always funny to hear the surprise in kids’ voices when they learn how things used to be.
Your child can research several common items from the 1980s from the pages provided. There are individual pages for the items and plenty of space to write about them.
Print your book in color and simply assemble it. You can also print in black and white and your child can color their own pictures.
