If you are taking a trip to the beach with your children, being prepared is important. Use this free beach first aid checklist to be sure you’ll have everything you might need.
Preparing for everything is what we do when we plan adventures with kids. We don’t want to leave anything out, especially if we won’t have easy access to a store.
This thorough checklist contains everything you’ll need for first aid on the beach.
A bit of online research will help you learn about potential hazards wherever you plan to visit.
You and your children may want to work together to assemble a small “beach go-bag,” Pack it with all of your beach first aid items and store it between visits.
Check the dollar store for empty travel-size bottles normally used for shampoo or body wash. Label them and fill them with vinegar, rubbing alcohol, and liquid soap.
You can also find a small bag to put all of your first aid items in at the dollar store. This will keep everything you need in one spot and easily accessible.
