One thing I regret not doing while I was in America is not teaching my kids more about it. Granted, they were little, but I let years go by without teaching them much about America until I realized they didn’t know much about it at all. We are now on our journey to learning more about the country from which we love and were born. We will be using these free 50 states matching game to go alongside our lessons for mastering the states.
This matching game can be used in several ways. They can be used as a memory game, of course. You can also turn cards facing up on a table, scramble them, and ask kids to match them up one by one. Have kids blindly select a card that is faced for their next country report. Any activity you choose will be good for your child’s memory to learn more about the states around them. The freebie has 50 cut-out cards with State shapes and 50 cut out cards with State names.
