Old school mad libs are the best! These free easy and short mad libs are great for introducing our students to one of our childhood favorites.
Mad libs are fun and great ways to teach your kids parts of speech in engaging ways. Games are always best at teaching kids, but also for practice and review.
Of course these resources are not from the actual Mad Libs resources. However, the idea is the similar.
You can ask your students the part of speech each word is depicting. For instance, if the word happens to be “jump” then it is a verb.
If the word is “lovely”, then the part of speech would be a verb. These free easy and short mad-libs will be good fun and parts-of-speech review for your students.
