Fun with learning is wonderful, but sometimes we just need fun for fun’s sake! This cute apple and worm game will have your kids giggling for sure!
Games are great for so many situations. Rainy days, restless afternoons, winter blues, and bad-day blahs are perfect times for games.
To have fun, games don’t have to be complicated and drawn out. Sometimes the simplest things bring a lot of joy.
This pin-the-worm game is simple, easy, and anyone can play!
To get started, print out the apple game page and the worms. Consider laminating the pages so they can be reused and not worn out.
Cut out each of the worms. Write your children’s names on them to tell which worm belongs to whom.
Tape or tack the apple to the wall.
Find a strip of cloth or sleep mask to cover children’s eyes. You’ll also need tape to attach the worms to the apple.
Choose someone to start and place a worm in their hand. Blindfold them, turn them around once or twice, and guide them toward the apple.
The player with their worm closest to the star is the winner!
