Homeschool families can never have too many games on hand. Don’t miss this back to school matching game for your homeschool collection.
Their favorite games when they were very young were matching games. We had several matching games, themed with cartoon characters, candy, and animals.
I enjoyed watching the kids play because any of them could participate.
This back-to-school game will engage children of all ages. The images are all familiar school supply items your child will easily recognize.
To get started, print the pages out. You may want to use cardstock and laminate them for durability.
If you have more than two children who will play together, consider printing more than one set. You can use both sets together to include more children.
Cut out all of the squares and place them in rows. They should be turned upside down.
Toss a dye to see who goes first.
The first child will turn over two squares. If they match, the turn will continue; if they don’t match, the next player goes.
The player with the most matches is the winner!
