Yes, yes, there are a few exciting announcements today on Big Family Friday. Here we go!
- I’m speaking tomorrow at the Heart of the Matter Online Conference! The conference started yesterday. It’s 3-days of encouragement for your homeschool journey. Even if you missed yesterday, you can still get in on all the sessions for today and tomorrow. My topic is Letting Go and Letting God: How the Lord Can Take Over Your Homeschool. I have a lot to say about releasing your homeschool to the Lord; it’s a topic near and dear to my heart. I’ll be speaking for an hour tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 p.m. Won’t you join me for a little Jesus and homeschooling encouragement?
- 10-Days of Homeschooling for Free & Frugal starts Monday! I will be bringing you 10-days of homeschooling on the cheap. There will be 5 excellent guest posters from around the web who KNOW all about frugal homeschooling. With this series my heart is to encourage families who feel that they can’t afford to homeschool. Also, those mama’s who are feeling overcome by the shiny curriculum catalogs that are showing up in mailboxes this time of year. I’ve been in both places, and have spent less than $100 per year for the last several years on homeschool. I can’t wait to dive in on Monday and share more with YOU! (The best “God part” of this series is I had it planned out even before I started my new website. Isn’t the Lord marvelous?)
