Want your kids to be able to retell the story of Jonah, not just remember the big fish? Ministry-to-Children shares free Jonah and the Whale coloring pages that turn the story into a hands-on sequencing activity. Kids color four story scenes, cut them apart, and put them back in order.

Who It’s For
This set is for families and Sunday school teachers who want a Bible story activity with a little more to it than coloring. Preschoolers can color the scenes while you tell the story, and early elementary kids can do the cutting, gluing and ordering on their own.
How to Use It
- Build a storyboard: color the story page, cut it into four scenes, and glue each scene onto its numbered box.
- Frame it: the publisher suggests printing the numbered sheets on blue paper so the scenes look matted.
- Retell it: once the boards are done, have your child tell you the story in order using the pictures.
- Talk it over: younger kids can focus on Jonah running away and God sending the fish; older kids can read on to Jonah 3–4 and talk about how the story ends.
