Type letters onto “blank” flags, print, cut and thread a ribbon
or twine with the help of a paper punch hole.Or attach the flag shaped cards to a long string with wooden clothespins.
Leave an extra yard of the string or cord at both ends so you can hang the banner.
Tape a toothpick or a lolipop stick behind the circle to make a cupcake topper.
Personalize each label with your wording. This can be done right online, if you’re
