This is a fun activity made by Liesl over at homeschoolden.com for kids who need to learn or review words with silent letters. This packet includes words with a silent B, C, D, G, H, K, N, P T or W. For example, it includes words such as lamb, scissors, sandwich, gnat, sign, ache, knee, column, pneumonia, castle, listen, and write. After printing the pages on cardstock, cut the chocolates apart. Have the kids mix up the words and sort them onto the appropriate plate. There are also several Silent Letter Worksheets where students have to write in the missing letter.
