Kids complete each stop on the map by reading a different kind of book (e.g., a sports book) or in a different way (e.g., reading to a younger sibling). Once they’re finished with a stop, kids can use a highlighter to color in the flag that marks the spot.
All of the kids in your family could be reading through the map together. You can even get in on the fun!
Once your child has completed all the stops on the map, you may want to give a reward like a new book.
