Reading Log – This document has many uses; it can be added to your child’s school portfolio, used as a tool to track reading goals, etc. Spaces are included for:
- Name of the book
- Author
- Date finished
- The child’s “rating” of the book (1 -5 stars)
Book Plates – Help your child build their own library by adding a personalized Book Plate inside their favorite books. You can also use these to add a special note to a book you give as a gift.
