If your kids love pretend play and are learning to use money, check out this FREE money practice activity from Bethany at Math Geek Mama! Invite them to play and “dine” at the Cozy Corner Bakery! This activity will encourage kids to consider if they have enough money to buy the treats they want, as well as adding money and making change. Included in this download is a Menu of bakery items and their prices, as well as printable receipts that the “cashier” can use to calculate the total cost and the change due. Help your kids learn real life math skills through play!
