The journal is a powerful tool you can use to honor the commandment to give thanks in all circumstances:
Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)
The concept is simple. Just write down one thing for which you are grateful each day. At the end of the year, you will have recorded 365 beautiful blessings, and memorized 12 grateful verses.
