The activities in this Pre-K-K Fourth of July Pack from This Reading Mama are not as worksheet-based, but hands-on learning activities. This does require more work on your part {and mine} to implement them with our kids, but I believe it’s worth it.
Here are some of the kinds of activities/printables you’ll find:
- 2 emergent readers {1- fireworks and color words, 2- includes symbols of America}
- rhyming and syllable activities
- phonics {letters/letter sounds}
- fine motor activities {tracing, cutting, etc.}
- basic math activities, such as numbers, making patterns, and addition
