Tracing shapes is a great pre-writing activity and even if your kids already know how to write they will enjoy the extra challenge to their coloring pages.
This Back to School Tracing Coloring Pack from Kids Activities Blog includes 6 coloring pages each with a shape and a word to trace. We have a sheet with an apple, alphabet, book, bus, crayons and school.
