Ingredients
  • 2¼ cups white flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1¾ cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup coconut
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a bigger bowl until it is creamy. Gradually beat in eggs followed by the flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and coconut.
  3. Grease cake pan or jelly roll pan. Spread into bottom of pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
