Maybe you’re not like me and have it all together, but truthfully? During the holidays I struggle with balance.
Do I homeschool the children to keep up?
Do I put away the books and do holiday crafts?
Do I sign up to direct the church Christmas program?
Do I enroll the kids in the choir?
Do I—volunteer, make presents, shop, bake?!!
Oh! And as for the reason for the season, what was that again? I have been in various states of frantic and now, I’m glad to say I have a solution—really.
After many years of getting it wrong and becoming a frazzled mess, I have the answer, and I share those with you in the audio set I’ve put together along with those of some of my friends. This is my time. My time to mentor you, the Lord has taught me so much in my years of homeschooling (since 1986) and I’m still learning. Two of my children are adults and graduated, and I have three in highschool that I currently school. I’ve been through it all and have lived to not only tell about it, but to share my ongoing journey with you in my seminar sessions. And, the best part is I get to host this amazing event all-year-round just for homeschool moms. I can’t think of anything I’d rather do (other than eating chocolate and reading aloud to my kids in their treehouse), but then, there’s time for that too! Felice Gerwitz is a homeschool mom, married to her best friend Jeff, and has five children, two grown. She is often found baking bread or a batch of her almost world famous chocolate chip cookies. She loves the Lord and that’s evident in her writing and speaking. Her publishing company, Media Angels, has a focus on curriculum, audios and video classes for kids.
