The Outdoor Writers Association of America is accepting applications through March 15, 2013 for the 2013 Norm Strung Youth Writing Awards. Eligible entries include contestants who are in grades 6-12 in poetry and prose categories. Contest rules state that “the work must have been published in a newsletter, newspaper, magazine, literary collection, etc. during 2012. The publication can be school or club related, or commercial.” Cash prizes are awarded.
